To ensure that you feel secure in dealing with us via email, The Heritage Store will cover the first $50.00 of any loss due to fraudulent use of your credit card that occurs as a result of you emailing an order to us containing your credit card number. (Reasonable proof that the fraud is related to our website is necessary.) (Debit cards are not subject to the $50.00 exclusion) When you use the American Express Card, you will not be held responsible for unauthorized charges online. When placing your order, you may specify UPS or parcel post if you prefer. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery on all orders, although they are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Our express delivery is thru UPS. Cost of express delivery will depend on the destination and weight of the package as well as the type of express delivery requested. Next day, 2nd day and 3rd day delivery are all available. If you prefer faster delivery please note that on your order and we will contact you with the exact charges. Canadian Orders: All packages are shipped AIR MAIL and are charged actual shipping cost. To estimate shipping cost take 45% of order subtotal and add to your order. Minimum shipping charge is $9.99. International Orders All packages are shipped AIR MAIL and charged at actual shipping cost. Payment may be made by credit card; checks or money orders must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Add 100% of order subtotal for shipping. We charge the exact cost of shipping on all international orders. If the payment sent is less or more than the exact shipping cost, we will bill or credit you accordingly. Foreign customers with a credit card may call us any time at (757) 428-4941 and leave an order on our answering machine. It is advisible that you investigate your country's custom office procedures to insure the products you intend to order can be imported into your country.
